Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining company database (Uploading files & updating information)
  • General Office Administration & Adhoc tasks
  • Monitoring Company email box
  • Generate Construction leads and new business leads
  • Scanning and the electronic filling of site information as required
  • As this is a newly created position assigned duties will evolve or change to suit the needs of the business

Skills

  • Ideally have experience working for a Construction company
  • Knowledge of Barbour ABI would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • Team Player
  • Friendly and Charismatic, confident on the telephone & in person

What we Offer:

  • £18,000 to £21,000 dependant on experience
  • 28 days holiday, Including Bank Holidays, increasing by one day for every full year of service completed after 5 years of service up to a maximum of 5 days
